  • 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
  • 9 Rectangular Graham Cracker Sheets
  • 3 tbsp. Butter
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • ¾ tsp. Lemon Zest
  • 4 Strawberries
  • ¾ Cup Blueberries
  • ¾ Cup Raspberries

Preheat the oven for 350 degrees F. Blend the graham cracks until crumbled. Add butter, water, and salt. Grease a pie dish and use fingers to press crumb into the pan. Bake for 9-10 minutes or until brown. In a separate bowl mix honey, lemon zest, and yogurt. Stir until blended and pour this over the pie crust. Add berries to the top and refrigerate for 4 hours. Garnish with mint leaves!
