  • 5½ Two-6 Pounds of Chicken Wings, thawed and patted dry
  • Dry Spice Mixture:
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • 4 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Roasted Cumin
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line baking pans with aluminum foil.
Clip the wing tips off chicken wings and throw away. Get a large bowl and mix in smoked paprika, dry mustard, granulated sugar, roasted cumin, salt, honey, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Add the wings and mix until coated.
Place the coated wings in one layer on the lined baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes, turn the wings over, and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes or until crispy.
