Honey Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken, boneless and skinless
- 2 Tbs. freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 Tbs. lime juice
- 2 Tbs. tamari sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients together except for chicken. Save 2 Tbs. sauce. Cut chicken into small pieces. Add chicken and coat well. Place chicken in airtight container. Marinate 24 hours before cooking chicken. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Drizzle remaining suace over chicken.
