Honey-Glazed Grilled PIneapple

- 1 lg. pineapple, cored and de-skinned
- 1/3 C. honey, divided in two
- 1/3 C. brown sugar
- 1/4 C. cinnamon sugar
Slice the de-skinned and cored pineapple into rings. Use a brush to brush the rings with half of the honey. In a small bowl, mix the sugars together and gently press the mix onto each ring.
On a medium-high grill (gas is best), grill the pineapple until the sugar caramelizes.
Serve with an extra drizzle of honey over the top.
