Honey-Glazed Ribs

Delicious ribs made in the broiler for that crispy taste.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. pork ribs, cut into individual ribs salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
  • 1/4 C. honey
  • 3 Tbs. spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place ribs in roasting pan and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with oregano. Combine honey, mustard and vinegar in a small bowl. Brush half of mixture over ribs. Cover with foil and roast 30-40 minutes in lower third of oven until cooked through. Preheat boiler. Brush ribs with remaining honey glaze and broil for 5 minutes, uncovered. Turn once until browned and glazed.
