Honey-Glazed Spare Ribs

Sweet dish that cooks for a long time and marinates for 24 hours - be prepared.

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. pork spareribs
  • 3/4 C. honey
  • 1 C. soy sauce
  • 1/4 C. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

Place ribs in a large plastic or ceramic container. Blend remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, turning ribs occasionally. Remove ribs from marinade; boil marinade before using to baste. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Arrange ribs on a rack; bake 2 hours, until tender. Baste occasionally and turn once during cooking time.
