Honey Herb Butter
- 1 Tbs. fresh parsley
- 1 Tbs. fresh basil
- 2 lb. room temperature butter
- 4 Tbs. honey
Mince the herbs as fine as possible and add to the butter, then mix in the honey. Divide to make 2 gifts of a pound each, or place in a larger container for a larger gift. This does need to stay refrigerated and used within a week.
