Use to dress about 8 C. any combination of fresh fruit. A combination I like is pitted Bing and Rainier cherries, raspberries, honeydew melon balls, and chunks of peaches and nectarines.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 C. honey
  • 1 tsp. grated lime peel, if desired

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and blend well with wire whisk.

Yield: 8-10 Servings.
