  • 1 quarter, spiral sliced, fully cooked ham
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ cup water

Put the ham into the crockpot. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, mustard, honey, cloves and water. Heat and stir until the sugar is melted and the mixture is well combined. Pour this over the ham, making sure to get it between the slices. Cook on high for 4-6 hours, basting with the juices every hour or so.
