Honey Nut Chicken Fingers
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken tenders
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 C. all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- a little bit of milk
- 2 C. honey nut Corn Flakes
- 1 C. breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbs. sweet paprika
- 1 Tbs. poultry seasoning
- 2 Tbs. grill seasoning
- 1/4 C. vegetable oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then place the flour in a shallow dish. Beat eggs and milk in another shallow dish. Combine cereal, breadcrumbs, paprika, seasonings, and vegetable oil in a food processor and place in a third shallow dish.
Coat each piece of flour in chicken, then dip chicken in egg mixture and breading. Place chicken on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until evenly browned and cooked through. Serve when cooled slightly.
