Honey-Orange Pork Tenderloin

- 1/3 C. orange marmalade
- 3 T. cider vinegar
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 T. fresh garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey
- 2 T. canola oil
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
Combine marmalade, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and honey, stirring well with a whisk. Reserve two tablespoons marmalade mixture. Heat an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Add pork to pan, and cook five minutes or until browned. Turn pork over, and brush with 1/4 cup marmalade mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn pork over, and brush with 1/4 cup marmalade mixture. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove pork from pan, and brush with reserved two tablespoons marmalade mixture. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
