Honey Orange Turkey

Ingredients
- 1 lb Boneless skinless turkey cutlets
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 Tbs Cornstarch
- 1/2 C Orange juice
- 2 Tbs Honey
- 1 Tbs Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
- 2 Tbs Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbs Butter (or margarine)
- Hot cooked rice
- Orange and lime slices for garnish
Directions
Rinse turkey and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into quarters. Place turkey on waxed paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dust with cornstarch. Set aside turkey and any remaining cornstarch.
Combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and ginger in a cup; stir until well blended. Set aside
Heat the wok over high heat about 1 minute or until hot. Drizzle oil into the wok and heat for 30 seconds. Add butter and turkey. Stir fry until turkey is lightly browned on all sides. Remove turkey to a large plate.
Reduce heat to medium.
Add remaining cornstarch to the wok and mix well. Add orange juice mixture and heat to a boil, stirring to loosen any browned bits. Boil sauce 1 minute. Pour sauce over turkey.
Serve with hot cooked rice
Garnish, if desired.
