Ingredients

  • 6 Dates
  • 2 cups Ricotta
  • 2 ounces Honey
  • ½ cup almonds

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 350F. And fill each date with ricotta cheese.
Place each ricotta filled date on a parchment or foil lined baking sheet and place the baking sheet into the pre-heated oven. Let the dates bake for about 10-15 minutes.
As soon as you remove the dates from the oven, leave them on the baking sheet and then drizzle with a little honey. Top with crushed or cut almonds.
