  • Ham:
  • 1 boneless ham
  • 2 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 T. canola oil
  • 1 T. salt
  • Glaze:
  • ½ C. mild honey
  • 3 T. sriracha
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • Extra:
  • 1 Italian roll

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the ham into a baking pan. Whisk together the granulated garlic, ground ginger, canola oil and salt. Place the ham into the oven for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the mild honey, sriracha and soy sauce. Pour the glaze over the ham. Let it bake for another 2 hours. Right before it’s done cut the Italian roll. Spread desired condiment. Remove ham from oven and slice. Serve over bread roll. Enjoy.
