  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 C. water
  • 1/2 C. walnuts, chopped
  • 1/3 C. butter
  • 1/4 C. honey
  • 3 cage-free eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat two 9x5-inch loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine cake mix, water, walnuts, butter, honey and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Increase speed to medium and beat for an additional 2 minutes. Evenly pour batter into each pan.

Bake for 40 minutes. Insert a toothpick at the center of cake to test readiness. Allow cake to cool before serving.
