Chicken wings in a spicy-sweet honey sauce.

  • one 2-lb. pkg. chicken wings
  • 2 C. honey
  • 3/4 C. soy sauce
  • 3/4 C. chili sauce
  • 1/4 C. oil
  • 1 tsp. prepared minced garlic

Rinse chicken, pat dry, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Place wings on a broiler pan and broil for about 20 minutes, 10 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Transfer to slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.  In bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, oil, and garlic, and spoon over wings.  Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Garnish with dried parsley.
