Honey Zucchini Bread
Ingredients
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 C. vegetable oil
- 3/4 C. Sue Bee Honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbs. cinnamon
- 3 C. flour
- 2 C. shredded zucchini
- 1/2 C. walnuts
Directions
Mix the wet ingredients and sugar. Sift dry ingredients together and stir into wet mixture. Add chopped nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13” loaf pan or two smaller loaf pans. Bake 1-1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. An inserted toothpick in the center should come out clean if the bread is done.
