Ingredients
- one 9-in. pie shell (unbaked)
- 6 apples, sliced
- 2/3 C. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbs. tapioca
- 1 C. light cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Fill unbaked 9-inch pie shell with mixture of apples, sugar, cinnamon, salt and tapioca. Pour cream over apples. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
