  • ½ stick butter, unsalted
  • ¼ C. hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ C. flour
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 10 chicken wings
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

In a small bowl, combine flour, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Coat wings evenly in flour and refrigerate for at least an hour. Heat oil in a deep fryer or a deep skillet and fry wings for 10 to 15 minutes until cooked through. In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix with hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. As soon as the wings are done, transfer them onto a paper towel to briefly drain and then toss in sauce to coat evenly. Serve hot!
