A couple teaspoons of horseradish will liven up your everday coleslaw.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. light or regular mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. light or regular sour cream
  • 1 Tbs. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish, drained

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk the ingredients. Gently toss with cabbage or coleslaw mix until well coated.
