Horseradish Sauce

This sauce is excellent on just about any kind of beef. I especially love it on London Broil and Prime Rib. I think it is easily as good as Black Angus restaurants serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. horseradish
  • 1 Tbs. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 Tbs. light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 C. light sour cream

Directions

Mix ingredients together with whisk and serve over beef or desired protein to add flavor.
