Horseradish Sauce for Fish

Dill, yogurt and mustard give any fish a zesty flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 C. snipped fresh dill
  • 1 Tbs. grated horseradish root
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Dijon style mustard

Directions

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with poached, grilled or baked fish and seafood.
