Horseradish Sauce for Fish

Ingredients
- 1 C. plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 C. snipped fresh dill
- 1 Tbs. grated horseradish root
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Dijon style mustard
Directions
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with poached, grilled or baked fish and seafood.
