  • 1 C. noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 C. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 T. chili sauce
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans beef broth
  • 1 T. lime juice
  • ½ C. chopped scallions

In a large pot, heat oil and sauté mushrooms, onion, garlic, and ginger until softened. Stir in chili sauce, salt, and pepper to evenly coat. Add in beef sirloin and cook until no longer pink. Pour in broth and red pepper flakes, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in noodles, lime juice, and scallions and serve.
