  • 2 C. chicken broth
  • 2 C. water
  • 1 can bamboo shoots
  • 1 C. mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 T. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 C. shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions

Combine everything except for shrimp in your crockpot. Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours. During the final 30 minutes of cooking, add in chopped shrimp.
