Hot and Spicy Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 4 lb. chicken wings
- 3-4 C. flour
- 1 Tbs. salt
- 1 Tbs. pepper
- 1 Tbs. garlic salt
- 1-2 Tbs. red pepper flakes
- 2 C. buffalo hot sauce
- Grease in the fry daddy
- Dipping Sauce
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 pack dry ranch mix
- 1 stalk celery
- 5 large carrots
Directions
Mix all the ingredients except the hot sauce in a bowl. Coat the chicken wings and place in the fry daddy. When the chicken floats to the top let cook 2 more minutes. Once they are all done brush the buffalo sauce all over the wings and plate on a tray.For the dip put the sour cream and dry powder ranch mix together. Put in a small serving bowl. Slice the celery and carrots and arrange the celery and carrots around the chicken and put the dipping sauce int the middle and serve to your guests.
