  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbs. chili powder
  • 1 Tbs. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

In a skillet, cook ground beef. Cook until beef is crumbly and evenly browned, about 7 minutes. Drain.

Combine beef and remaining ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours, or High for 4 hours.
