This healthy but tasty Spinach and Artichoke Dip is a favorite during the winter season. The ingredients are easy to find and the dip is easy to make as well.

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Gently boil the spinach and artichoke until it is cooked through and tender. Set aside to drain. Discard the cooking liquid.

In a large serving bowl, mix the other ingredients together and season. Make sure you check the seasoning of the pepper and garlic before adding the spinach and artichoke.

Add the spinach and artichoke and mix well. Season again if required.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Serve hot with chips or spread on sandwiches.
