Nothing like warm, creamy spinach artichoke dip on game day!

Ingredients

  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 4 med. green onions, chopped
  • 1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • crackers of cocktail rye bread, if desired

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In small bowl, stir mayonnaise and cheese until well mixed. Stir in onions, spinach and artichoke hearts. Spoon into ungreased 1-quart casserole dish.

Cover and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot. Serve warm with crackers.
