Hot Biscuits and Gravy

- 1 (16 oz.) can refrigerated jumbo buttermilk biscuits
- 1 pkg. pork sausage crumbles
- 1/4 C. flour
- 2 1/2 C. milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
Bake the biscuits according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook the sausage for 5 to 6 minutes, or until heated through, stirring constantly. Mix in the flour and gradually add the milk. COok until it comes to a boil and thickens, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Split the biscuits in half and top with 1/3 C. gravy.
