Hot Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 2 C. cooked chicken
- 2 C. diced celery
- 1/2 C. slivered blanched almonds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbs. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 Tbs. pimento
- 1 sm. can mushrooms
- 3/4 C. mayonnaise
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 2/3 C. broken potato chips
- 1/2 C. shredded sharp cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients except potato chips. Turn into shallow buttered casserole dish. Spread potato chips over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
