Hot Cocoa
Ingredients
- 8-1/2 C. nonfat dry milk
- 1-1/2 C. non-dairy coffee creamer
- 3 C. instant chocolate drink mix for milk (Nestle's Quik)
- 1/2 C. confectioner's sugar
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all and blend well. Store in an airtight container. To serve: combine 1/2 C. of mix with 9 oz.. of boiling water. Stir well.
Makes 16 C. of mix.
