Hot Corn Dip

This is a great fall dip to serve before dinner. It's got nice corn flavor with a hint of chili powder and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can white corn, drained
  • 1 15 oz. can yellow corn, drained
  • 1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, diced and softened
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Chopped fresh cilantro to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium baking dish, mix white corn, yellow corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, cream cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, and cilantro. Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
