A very tasty casserole that kids love! My great grandmother made this for my mother when she was a small child. we all love it and hope you do too!

Ingredients

  • 4 pkgs. hot dogs
  • 1 pkg. shredded cheese
  • 2 sleeves of saltine crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • milk (enough to moisten)

Directions

Process hot dogs in food processor and put in a baking pan. Process crackers and add to hot dogs. Add cheese and eggs to the mixture and mix together. Pour milk across the top, and bake in 350-degree oven for about 45 mins or until golden brown.

  • 4 PACKS OF HOT DOGS!!!! It doesn't say how many it feeds, but it's gotta be about 15! Guess I won't be making that any time soon. Would be to hard to adjust the recipe for smaller amounts. Will the person who submitted this, please clarify.
