Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 oz. powdered baker's cocoa
- 1/4 C. hot water
- 3/4 C. sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 C. corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 C. melted butter
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 10 oz. bittersweet chocolate, melted
Directions
In a small bowl, stir cocoa and water together until smooth. In a food processor, combine remaining ingredients. Add dissolved cocoa and blend for at least one full minute until very smooth texture is achieved.
