  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced and divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 C. chili peppers, diced
  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • 2 shallots, diced
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • ¼ C. rice vinegar
  • 3 T. sugar
  • 1 T. fish sauce
  • Mini hamburger buns
  • Preferred toppings

In a bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire, 3 cloves garlic, salt, and pepper. Divide into 24 small patties and cook on a greased skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. In a saucepan, heat oil and sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant. Stir in tomato sauce and chili peppers; bring to a simmer. Add vinegar, sugar, and fish sauce; mix well and simmer for 5 minutes as sauce thickens. Assemble sliders with preferred toppings and chili.
