Ingredients

  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tbs. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 C. sour cream

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Fpld in sour cream. Serve in chafing dish with Melba toast.
