- 2 C. mayonnaise
- 8-12 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 C. sliced green onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray oil on 15x10x1-inch baking sheet. Bake potatoes for 30-35 minutes, stirring once until done. Put in big bowl, add rest of ingredients.
