Hot Orange Ginger Marinade

With ginger, honey and red pepper flakes, this marinade has a touch of Asian flair.

  • 1 1/4 C. Campbell's Ready to Use Chicken broth
  • 1/2 C. freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. liquid honey
  • 2 Tbs. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 2 tsp. grated fresh gingerroot
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb. uncooked boneless chicken breast

Mix chicken broth, orange juice and rice wine vinegar. Stir in soy sauce, honey, onion, orange rind, gingerroot and red pepper flakes. Add chicken breast. Marinate for a couple of hours before barbecuing. Throw marinade away as not to cross-contaminate.
