Ingredients

  • one 12-oz. pkg. instant potatoes
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 6-8 green onions, chopped
  • 1 C. crumbled fried bacon
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

Prepare potatoes according to directions. Put in buttered 9X13-inch dish. Spread sour cream on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with green onions. Add bacon; top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
