Hot Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 C. hot water
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. oil
- 5 C. bread flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/3 C. warm water
Directions
Mix about half the flour in the hot water with the sugar, oil, salt, baking powder and yeast. Mix well and put rest of flour and mix this well. I mix this in a large bowl and cover with foil. Put in refrigerator overnight. Roll out and let rise 2-3 hours before cooking at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
