Hot Tuna Sandwiches

Try something different today when you make your tuna salad sandwich. This time follow the simple directions to make the actual tuna salad but add some cheddar cheese and put on top of a hamburger bun and toast in oven. It is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 small can tuna, drained
  • 2 Tbs. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbs. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbs. sweet pickle relish
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • Hamburger buns

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Spread desired amount on hamburger buns. Wrap in heavy-duty foil or regular foil doubled. Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees hot and cheese is melted.
