- ½ tsp. ground cumin
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- ½ C. mayonnaise
- Lime juice
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Soft tortillas

Preheat your skillet to 350 degrees and let the oil simmer. In the mean time, combine the lime zest, ¼ tsp. cumin, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken pieces into the bowl and evenly coat each piece. In another bowl mix together the mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce and the remaining cumin. Pour in some water so that it can be drizzled. Place the chicken onto the skillet and let it brown. When done serve on a soft tortilla and drizzle the sauce.
