How To Prepare Skillet Sweet Potatoes

- 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut
- ¼ C. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 T. butter, divided
In a skillet heat the 2 T. of butter over a medium heat. Add the sweet potatoes and season them with salt and pepper. Let them cook for a good 15 minutes. Add the reaming butter to the skillet and add the brown sugar. Coat the potatoes with the butter and brown sugar. Let them simmer for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle the potatoes with cinnamon and enjoy.
