My husband simply loves when I make this meatloaf for him. I don’t know what it is, maybe it is all the delicious veggies or the oatmeal I add, either way he loves it and so do I!

Directions

Mix all ingredients and form a loaf. Top with a little more catsup and cover with bacon slices. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. This could also be made into meatballs and covered with BBQ sauce. Then you would bake for about 1/2 hr.
