  • 2 cups canned chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves peeled garlic
  • Carrot Sticks

In a food processor, put the chickpeas, cumin, 1/4 cup oil, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic. Process until it is smooth. Season with salt and pepper and process for one more minute. Serve with carrot sticks.
