  • 1 Wedged Red Onion
  • 4 Peeled Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken
  • ΒΌ Cup of Softened Butter
  • 1 Sliced Honeycrisp Apple
  • 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup of Olives
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Sprig of Rosemary (to garnish)

To begin, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and cover the bottom of your baking dish with the majority of the onions and garlic. Then, slice into your chicken so that the flavors can be absorbed; coat them with butter, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add in the apples, olives, and remaining onions and garlic around the chicken.

Drizzle olive oil over top of everything and bake for 30-35 minutes or until everything has browned. Top with rosemary, serve warm, and enjoy!
