Simply delicious! This "ice cream" cake is really made with Cool Whip!

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes brownie mix
  • 2 1/2 12. oz containers Cool Whip, frozen
  • 1 12 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 C. chocolate chips
  • Chocolate sprinkles

Directions

Prepare and bake brownie mix as directed in 2 9x13 cake pans. Cool completely and put in freezer. When frozen, place 1 sheet of brownie on a cutting board. Cover completely with 3/4 inch slices of frozen cool whip. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Place 2nd sheet of brownie on top and press down lightly. Frost cake on top and all sides with thawed cool whip. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles and anything else you'd like. Place cake back into freezer for about 2 hours before serving.

Tip: in order to get frozen brownie out of pan, let warm water run over bottom of pan. It will fall out easy.
