Ice Cream Dirt Cake

A dessert that goes with any meal. A great Christmas dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 C. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 12-oz. container Cool Whip

Directions

Crush the Oreo cookies. Mix margarine, cream cheese, powered suagar and set aside. In a large bowl, combine milk and pudding mix until set. Fold in Cool Whip with a spoon. Add cream cheese mixture -- blend until creamy. Layer half of the crushed Oreo cookies in bottom of pan, then add mixture, top with the rest of the Oreo cookies. Freeze or refrigerate until set.

  • i put this in a flower pot w/ a garden shovel. Also I put gummey worms on top !!!
