  • 1 yellow white cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 C. cranberries
  • 1 16-oz. whipped cream
  • 1 C. confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, eggs and cranberries until dough thickens. Pour in a floured 13-by-9 inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Use toothpick to poke center and the cake is ready if toothpick comes out clean. Mix whipped cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake. If you desire, sprinkle additional cranberries on top of cake.
