IHOP Copycat Nutella Crepes

- 8 Eggs
- 3 C Milk
- 3 C All-Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- Butter, melted for pan
- Fresh Strawberries, chopped
- Nutella, spooned into a pastry bag for garnish
Begin this recipe for copycat IHOP Nutella crepes by combining the flour and salt in the bowl of your electric mixer. Begin cracking your eggs into the mixer one at a time, making sure that each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next. Finally, beat in your milk. Cover the bowl and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
In the mean time, prepare several wax paper sheets (one for each crepe that you will make) and set them to the side near your work station.
Butter your crepe maker or small frying pan and set over medium-high heat once ready to cook. When the pan is hot, pour about ¼ cup of your batter into the center of the pan. Tilt and swirl the pan so that the batter evenly coats the surface.
Let cook for two minutes or until the bottom is lightly browned. Loosen the sides of the crepe with your spatula and then flip the crepe and cook on the other side. Set the finished crepes between sheets of wax paper. Repeat this process until all your batter is used.
Serve these crepes with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of Nutella. Enjoy!
